T. Oswalt, age 43, who died at her home near Delta early Sunday morning following an illness of only a few days was held from Wesley's Chapel at 11 o'clock Monday morning. Burial was in the church cemetery with White directing. Mrs. Oswalt is survived by her husband, three sons, W. L. Oswalt of Athens, Ga, who formerly lived here, and D. J. and J. H. Oswalt of Delta, a daughter Miss Eunice Oswalt of Delta, a brother, M. C. Worthy of Cedartown, Ga, and five sisters, Mrs. Bud West of Anniston, Mrs. J. B. Oswalt of Fulton, Ga. Mrs. Y. M. Buchanan or Tallapoosa, Ga and Mrs. Bud Harris and Mrs. H.T. Philpot Cedartown, Ga. Additional Comments: Annie Laura Worthy-Oswalt was born Sep 18, 1888, she was the wife of Rev. Henry Thomas Oswalt. After his wife's death. Henry T. Oswalt married Emma Duke, they had several children together.
