Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Wedowee Baptist 
Church for Mrs. Eva Saxon Perry, 69, of Wedowee, who died at her home Saturday 
morning at 10 o'clock of an apparent heart attack. She is survived by several 
cousins. Mrs. Perry was the widow of J. E. Perry. Burial was in Wedowee Masonic 
Cemetery Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Mortuary of Roanoke directing. The Revs. Hal 
K. Jacks, H. E. Ford and Hobart Murphree officiated. Mrs. Perry was a member of 
the Wedowee Baptist Church.
