Willie Elisha Pollard, 77, of Wedowee, Rt. 1, died unexpectedly Thursday at his 
home. Funeral services will be held today at 4 p.m. at Rocky Branch Baptist 
Church, with Dr. E. A. Wood officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, 
under direction of Quattlebaum Brown-service Funeral Home. Surviving are his 
widow, Mrs. Annie Pearl Pollard; four sons, Kermit Pollard, Roanoke, Rt. 3; Udell 
Pollard, West Point, Ga.; Mearl Pollard, Langdale; Willie E. Pollard, Jr., 
Auburn; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
