Roanoke Leader-October 11, 1972
Mrs. Hattie Sudduth Presnal, age 68, of 517 Waller St., Roanoke, died at her 
home Friday, Oct.6 at 10:35 a.m.

Mrs. Presnal is survived by her husband, Howard Presnal; one son, Charles 
Presnal of Wayne, Mich.; one daughter, Mrs. Sue Houke of Huntsville; seven 
grandchildren; two brothers, Tillman Sudduth of Roanoke and Wyatt Sudduth of 
Plymouth, Mich.; five sisters, Mrs. Audrey Jeter of Roanoke, Mrs. J.L. Murphy 
of Warner Robbins, Ga., Mrs. Kenneth Hosmer and Mrs. James Scruton of 
Anniston, and Mrs. Lura Browning at San Antonin, Tex.

Funeral services for Mrs. Presnal were conducted Saturday afternoon at three 
o'clock from Quattlebaum's Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. George Ledbetter 
officiating. Burial was in Cedarwood Cemetery.

Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
