Interment was in the church cemetery. Mr. Prince died Wednesday, March 22, at his residence. He was a native of Randolph County, a member of Taylor's Crossroads Church of Christ, and a school teacher who had retired from the Randolph County school system after 34 years of service. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Thelma Prince of Roanoke; two sons, Bill Prince of Roanoke and James Prince of Oneonta; five grandchildren and two great- grandchildren three sisters, Mrs. Marveline Philpott of Mableton, Ga.,Mrs. Gay Nell Kelley of Lithia Springs, Ga., and Mrs. Cora Laney of Soddy-Daisy, Tenn.; and one brother, Dorsey Prince of Mableton, Ga. Pallbearers were Chad Prince, Gregg Moore, Alan Prince, Dennis Stevenson, Barrett Shelnutt and Bill Prince. Arrangements were by Quattlebaum Funeral Home of Roanoke. The family requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be made to one's favorite charity. __________ Additional Comments: [Alwyn Reid, b.
