OBITUARIES:

George William Redden

   (COLUMBUS, GA.) George William Redden, age 72, of 203 11th Ave., Columbus, 
Ga., formerly of Roanoke, died Tuesday, Nov. 27 in the Medical Center, Columbus.
   Mr. Redden is survived by three sons, Johnny Redden of Roanoke, Billy Redden 
of LaGrange, Ga.; and William E. Redden of Dallas, Texas; nine grandchildren; 
two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Etta Moore and Mrs. Lula Mae Hale, 
both of Columbus, Ga.; and three brothers, Jay Redden, Walt Redden, and Henry 
Redden, all of Little Rock, Arkansas.
   Funeral services for Mr. Redden were conducted Thursday, Nov. 29 at 2 p.m. 
from Quattlebaum's Funeral Chapel with the Rev. S.T. Janney officiating.  
Burial was in the Potash Church Cemetery.
   Pallbearers were James Watson, David Kelly; Bobby Kelly, Denson Redden, 
Jerome Hammond, and Lanney Pike.
   Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
