Services were scheduled today at 2 p.m. at Benefield -Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmie Carr and the Rev. Hobart Murphree officiating. Burial was in Wedowee Masonic Cemetery. Survivors include, his wife, Mrs. Ara Rogers; a daughter, Mrs. Audrey Farrell of Anniston; two sisters, Mrs. T. O. Yates of Franklin, Ga.; Mrs. Cordie Roberts of Monroe, Ga.; two brothers, C. N. Rogers of Columbus, Ga. and Buford Rogers of Carrollton, Ga.; a grandchild and a great- grandchild. Mr. Rogers was a native of Heard County, Ga., and had lived in Wedowee the past 40 years. He was a charter member of the Kiwanis Club and a veteran of World War II. Mr. Rogers was a member of the Baptist Church.
