Anniston Star
Services for Carol Scott, 40, of Lineville were Friday at 11 a.m. at Benefield 
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Harris officiating. Burial followed in the 
Dingler's Chapel Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 
today until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Scott died Wednesday at her 
home. Survivors include her husband, Larry Scott of Lineville; a daughter, Angie 
Waldrop of Lineville; a son, Shane Scott of Lineville; a sister, Debra Mayfield 
of Anniston; five brothers, Howard Bush of Heflin, Lee Bush and Terry Bush, both 
of Anniston, James Bush and Kenneth Bush, both of Oxford; her father, Hershal 
Bush of Oxford; and two grandchildren.  Mrs. Scott, a native of Calhoun County, 
had lived in Clay County since 1991. She was a homemaker and a member of Ashland 
Church of God. She was preceded in death by her mother, Eva Sue Hill.
