Funeral services for James A. Shelnutt 64, who died the residence 2:30 o’clock 
Sunday afternoon at his resident here were held at Monday afternoon at Haywood 
Alabama with the Harry Pickup pastor of the Park Avenue Church of Christ in 
LaGrange officiating. Burial followed in Randolph County Ala. Surviving is three 
sons J.C. Shelnutt, E.M. Shelnutt and Rudolph Shelnutt all of LaGrange, three 
brothers Marshall Shelnutt, Walter Shelnutt and Dock Shelnutt all of Randolph 
County Alabama where he was born, and ten grandchildren.
