The Atlanta Constitution
The funeral for Mrs. Nell S. Shelnutt 74, of 4017 Lauada Drive, Douglasville, 
will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Union City Church of Christ, with burial at Oak 
Grove Church of Christ cemetery, Wedowee, Ala. Mrs. Shelnutt, a homemaker, died 
Friday. She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Aline Wheeler of Douglasville, 
Mrs. Sara Fain, Mrs. Flora Kimble, both of Fort Valley, Ga, Mrs. Wynelle Sanders 
of Cummmings; sons, James L. Shelnutt of Castro Valley, Calif, Arnold Shelnutt of 
Forsyth, Donald Shelnutt of New Castle, Del., Robert Shelnutt of Monroe, Conn., 
and brothers, Walter Sivils of Sand Mountain, Ala. and Jep Sivils of Birmingham, 
Ala.
