OBITUARIES:
 
Frank Sheppard

   (ROANOKE) Funeral services for Frank Sheppard, age 73, a resident of Route 
1, Roanoke, who died Friday evening, Jan. 25, 1985, were held Tuesday afternoon 
at two o’clock from Union Chapel United Methodist Church, Wedowee, with burial 
in the adjoining church cemetery.  The Rev. Percy L. Nolen, pastor, officiated.
   Mr. Sheppard is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bessie H. Sheppard of  Roanoke; 
five sons, John L. Sheppard of Atlanta, Franklin Sheppard of Wedowee, and 
Willie Frank Sheppard of Roanoke; five daughters, Mrs. Betty Jean Hunter of 
Lineville, Ms. Dorothy Marable of Columbus, Ga., Mrs. Louise Cosby of 
Lineville, Mrs. Geraldine Sheppard of Columbus, Ga., and Mrs. Josephine Morgan 
of Roanoke; and 59 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
   The sons served as pallbearers.
   Clark Funeral Service of Roanoke was in charge of arrangements.
