Funeral service, for Mr. Jessie L. Staples will be held today Saturday, April 28 
at 2:00 p.m. in Roanoke, Ala. at Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church. Survivors are 
his mother, Mrs. Rosie L. Staples of Roanoke, Ala., two brothers, Mr. & Mrs. 
Melvin Staples (Ida) Mr. & Mrs. Charlie Staples (Ann) of Atlanta, Ga., two 
sisters, Mr. & Mrs. Moses Steverson (Eva) of Memphis. Term., Ms. Lera Staples of 
Roanoke, Ala., other relatives and Friends. Please assemble, at the residence of 
60 Ferris St., S.W. at 11:00 a.m. Clark Funeral Home, Roanoke, Ala. Wise Funeral 
Home.
