Bill Hicks and the Rev. Harvey Garner officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge. The body will be at the church an hour before the service. Mrs. Stitcher died Friday at Randolph County Hospital in Roanoke. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Zelma Wortham of Wedowee and Mrs. Christine Hill of Heflin; a son, Buford Stitcher of Wedowee; a sister, Mrs. Mattie Walker of Oneonta; seven grandchildren; and 10 great- grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Eugene Worthan, Wayne Wortham, Jackie Wortham, Toby Stitcher, Allen Stitcher and Jason Shelton. Mrs. Stitcher was a Randolph County native, a homemaker and a member of the Home Demonstration Clubs of Swagg and Folsom. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Miss Gwandola Stitcher and a son, Jesse Edward Stitcher.
