Roanoke Leader
Robert Hugh Sudduth of Roanoke Rt. 2, age 79, passed away in Randolph County 
Hospital at 3:10 Monday afternoon, Oct.2.  

Mr. Sudduth is survived by his wife, Mrs. Claude Sudduth, 3 sons, James and 
Tillman Sudduth of Roanoke, and Wyatt Sudduth of Detroit, Mich.; 6 daughters, 
Mrs. Howard Presnal and Mrs. Audrey Jeter of Roanoke, Mrs. J.L. Murphy of 
Warner Robbins, Ga., Mrs. Kenneth Hosmer and Mrs. Jimmy Scruton of Anniston, 
and Mrs. Gordon Browning of San Antonio, Texas; and 17 grandchildren and 12 
great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Sudduth were conducted at 10:30 Wednesday morning, 
Oct.4 , from the Quattlebaum's Chapel by Dr. J.A. Gann and Rev. V.L. Brice, 
with burial in Cedarwood Cemetary.
