OBITUARIES:

JESSIE MAE SWANN

   (Roanoke Rt 1)  Mrs. Jessie Mae Swann, age 74, of Rt. 1 Roanoke, died 
Sunday, Dec. 7 1986, in East Alabama Medical Center, Opelika.
   Mrs. Swann is survived by her husband, John D. Swann of Rt. 1 Roanoke; one 
daughter, Mrs. Rudine Knight of Rt. 1 Roanoke; one son, Edwin Swann of Rt. 1 
Roanoke; three grandchildren; one sister Mrs. Lois Walker of Rt. 1 Roanoke; and 
six brothers, Escar Treadwell, Ray Treadwell, and Billy Treadwell, all of Rt. 1 
Roanoke, Harold Treadwell and Clyde Treadwell, both of Rt 3 Roanoke; and Nedwin 
Treadwell of Melbourne, FL.
   Graveside services for Mrs. Swann were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 
from Randolph Memory Gardens, the Rev. Ed Lauderdale and the Rev. E. G. Clark 
officiating.
   Pallbearers were Barry Walker, Fred Walker, Charles Treadwell, James 
Treadwell, Bobby Treadwell, and David Treadwell.
   Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
