James Henry Clay Taylor, 91, of Lineville, died Sunday at Clay County Hospital 
after a long illness. Funeral services were scheduled today at 2 p.m. at 
Christiana Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve White and the Rev. Gordon Taylor 
officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Blair Brown Service 
Mortuary in charge. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Pauline Taylor Howie of 
Delta; four sons, Milburne T. Taylor of Acworth, Ga., Quinton W. Taylor of 
Orlando, Fla., B. Gay Taylor of Lineville, and William H. Taylor of Auburn; 13 
grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren. Pallbearers were William Howle, Jimmy 
Howle, William Taylor, David Murray, Danny East and Vickie Champion. The body 
will remain at the residence until one hour prior to services.
