Anniston Star
Robert W. Traylor formerly of Newell died Thursday at 11 a.m.  He was a lifelong 
resident of Randolph County. Funeral services will be held to at 3 p m. today at 
the Pine Hill Christian Church with the Rev Charles Myhand, a grandson from 
Demopolis, officiating Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with 
Quattlebaum Funeral Home of Roanoke in charge of arrangements. Mr. Traylor is 
survived by seven sons, Robert and Herbert Traylor of Wedowee, Sylvian Traylor of 
Delta, E. C. Traylor of Kennett, Mo., Kermit Traylor of Winston Salem, N. C, and 
Leo Traylor of St. Petersburg, Fla., two daughters. Mrs. Lillian Grant of Wedowee 
and Mrs. Dessie Lovvorn of Newell; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. 
Sons will serve as pallbearers.
