Cleburne News
Mr. Noah H. Triplett, 65 years old, died at his residence, August 21, 1962. His 
body was found several days later by the Sheriff's staff. Mr. Triplett had been 
under a doctor's care for several years and death was attributed to natural 
causes. Graveside services, under the direction of Dryden Funeral Home, were 
held at Union Hill Methodist Church, Randolph County, on September 1, 1962. The 
Rev. J. D. Bearden presided at the ceremony. Mr. Triplett is survived by two 
sons, Alford Triplett and Alvin Triplett of Springfield, Oregon; two daughters, 
Mrs. Elbert Thompson and Miss Martin, also of Springfield, Oregon. Also 
surviving are two brothers, Mr. Solomon Triplett, Heflin, and Mr. Zebedee 
Triplett, West Point, Ga., and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Garrison, Roanoke, Ala. 
and Miss Malissie Clifton, Wedowee, Ala. Mr. Triplett had twelve grandchildren 
and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.
