HURLEY died here Thursday and was buried Friday afternoon. He leaves a wife, three sons and one daughter on this side of the eternal shore. Brother HURLEY was a member of the church at Haywood, having obeyed the gospel several years ago. A year ago he was stricken with a partial loss of the use of one hand, afterward the whole arm, then the other arm and finally his entire body became paralyzed before he died. Brother McMURRAY officiated at the funeral here Friday and preached at Haywood Saturday. He also preached at Wedowee Sunday evening. G. O.
