W. Washington, near Napoleon, in the eightieth year of her age. She had been feeble for some time but was ill only a few days. She is survived by three sons G. W., J. D., of Roanoke, and Monroe, of Crossville, and all of whom were present at the funeral, which was conducted at Haywood at 3 p. m. Tuesday by Rev. Walter Shelnutt. This good mother had long been a member of the Christian church and had spent her long and useful life in this county.
