A. "Bill" Waters. 75. of Wedowee. Rt. 1 were held at 2 o'clock this afternoon from Union Hill Methodist Church. Mr. Waters died Saturday night at his home. Officiating ministers were the Revs. Dave Craft, J. P. Bean and Grady Bishop. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery, Usrey of Talladega directing. Survivors include his widow, three sons, Archie Waters of Wedowee, Rt. 1, Ivey Waters, Delta, Rt. 2; and Therman Waters, with the Army at Fort Jackson S. C: five daughters, Mrs. Wiley Lindley Anniston, Mrs. Kinsmon Brown Wedowee Rt. 2, Mrs. Mallory Gaston Heflin Rt. 1: Mrs. James Cross, Oxford, and Mrs. Frank Roberts Wedowee, five Stepchildren, Mrs. Clarence Stacy Whitesburg, Ga., Mrs. Gay Braden Roanoke, Cecil Reaves Jenifer, Vernice Reaves Albany Ga. and Durward White Oxford, 28 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. George Bailey Wedowee.
