Anniston Star
Mrs. Novella Watson of New Orleans died there Saturday after a short illness. 
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church with 
burial in the church cemetery, Gray Brown-Service Mortuary in charge. Survivors 
include her husband, Earl Watson a son, John Randall Watson of the U.S. Army at 
Ft. Bragg, N. C, four brothers, Leroy Key of Atlanta, Ed Key of New Orleans, 
Huff Key of Atlanta and William Key of Wedowee; two sisters, Mrs. Geraldine 
Stanley of Valley Jo, Calif., and Mrs. Myrtice Gulley of New Orleans. A native 
of Randolph County, Mrs. Watson was a former resident of Anniston and a member 
of Pilgrim's Rest. Baptist Church. She had lived in New Orleans the past eight 
years. The body will be at the residence of William Key in the Morrison 
Crossroads Community until time of services.
