The Atlanta Constitution
The funeral for Mrs. Goldie K. Wellborn of Roanoke, Ala., a homemaker, will be at 
11 a.m. Tuesday at Corinth Congregational Christian Church in Wadley, Ala., with 
burial in the church cemetery. Mrs. Wellborn, 74, died of complications after 
gallbladder surgery Sunday at Randolph County Hospital in Roanoke. Surviving are 
her husband, Mark Wellborn; two daughters, Gail W. Hightower of Orlando, and Ann 
W. Fisher of Atlanta; two brothers, Ernest Knight and O.C. Knight, and three 
sisters, Kate Knight, Mae Parrish and Betty Brooks of Wadley; and three 
grandchildren.
