Anniston Star
Services for Eppy Ezra White, 85, of Heflin, Rt. 1, were Saturday at Pilgrim. 
Rest Baptist Church near the Folsom community in Randolph County with the Rev. 
Hugh Pesnell and the Rev. Alvin Dempsey officiating. Burial was in the adjoining 
cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge. Mr. White died Friday 
at his residence.  Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Teague of Heflin; 
two sons, Lackland White of Heflin and Peter White of Tennessee; 10 grandchildren 
and 18 great-grandchildren. Mr. White was a lifelong resident of Randolph County 
and a retired employee of Anniston Army Depot. He was a member of Morrison's 
Chapel Methodist Church.
