Mrs. Winnie H. Wilkins, age 88 of Snellville, died December 14, 1992. She is 
survived by children, Mr. and Mrs. Doug (Elise) Cotter, Mr. and Mrs. Joe (Libba) 
ell of Snellville, Mr. and Mrs. James (Elaine) Cain of Buford; sisters, Mrs. 
Sally Oglesby of Decatur, Mrs. Mary, Emma Wadsworth of Roanoke, Al.; 12 grand- 
children and 12 great grandchildren. Mrs. Wilkins was a native of Roanoke, Al. 
and a member of Radney's Chapel Methodist Church, in Wadley, Al. Funeral services 
will be held Tuesday, Dec. 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Snellville United Methodist Chapel 
with the remains placed in state at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Wayne H. Smith and Dr. 
James Mooneyhan officiating. Interment 2.00 p.m. C.S.T in Randolph Memorial 
Gardens, Roanoke, Al. Tom M. Wages Snellville.
