Burial was in the Wedowee Masonic Cemetery and Masonic rites were conducted at graveside. Mr. Wilson, 66, died at his Wedowee residence Thursday. Surviving are the widow; three sons, James F. Wilson, Jr., of Wedowee, William Wilson of Ashland and Joseph Wilson of Opp; one daughter. Mrs. W. H. Kinard of Troy and several grandchildren Active pallbearers at the funeral services were F. S. McManus, Keever Benefield. James C. Carpenter, Harlice Kirby, Davis M Dobson. W. T. Weahers. HW Overton, C. W. Dobson and A. J. Weathers. Mr. Wilson was a member of the Wedowee Methodist Church a World War I veteran and was leader in the Sawyer Masonic Lodge for 19 years.
