Anniston Star
Pete F. Yarbrough, who had been ill for six months, died, yesterday afternoon at 
5:50 at his residence at 626 Gurnee Avenue. He was 68 yean of age at the time of 
his death. Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at 4 o'clock at Valley 
Grove Baptist Church, in Randolph County with Rev. Mr. Bean officiating. 
Interment will take place at Valley Grove Cemetery with Brown funeral home 
charge.  Mr. Yarbrough survived by three sons, Forney, Prank and Arthur, all. of 
Anniston, and three daughters Mr. D. A. Moncrief. Mrs. O. F. McKleroy. and Miss 
May Yarbrough. of Anniston. a brother. John, of Piedmont and a sister. Mrs. Vinie 
Smith of Knoxville. Pallbearers will be R. T. McKleroy. Cecil Snider. Jim Allen, 
J. W. Craft. Leonard Morgan, and Will Collins.
