              Isaac Austin Mize and Nancy Young

Isaac Mize born 12/25/1843,died 4/6/1912, son of Reuben Mize and Sarah Lindley, 
he married Nancy Young born 11/18/1850,died 4/16/1928,daughter of John Young 
and Lucretia Lindley. Isaac and Nancy are buried at Union Hill Randolph County, 
he was a private in the 1st Alabama Cavalry Union Army, during the Civil 
War ''Family Legend'' the Mize brothers James, Henry, Isaac, William dressed 
like women to keep form enlisting in the Confederate Army.

James Thomas born 5/6/1870,died 9/18/1938 married Sarah Daniel buried Wesley’s 
Chapel Randolph County Alabama.

George born 1872 died in Texas.

James Robert born 1873 married Ella McKay died in Texas.

Annie born 11/12/1875,died 5/25/1964 married Hughie Key buried Union Hill 
Randolph County.

Nancy Ellen born 1876,died 1928 married John Daniel buried Union Hill Randolph 
County.

Martha born 12/17/1877,died 12/21/1877 buried Moonfield Randolph County Alabama.

William born 4/14/1878,died 12/15/1954 married Sarah Craft buried Edgemont 
Cemetery Calhoun County Alabama.

Austin Oscar born 3/12/1880,died 10/17/1880 buried Moonfield Cemetery Randolph 
County Alabama.

Joseph born 1882 he married Lena Vickers

Isaac Spencer born 8/3/1883,died 11/26/1914 married Etta Roberts buried Mandy’s 
Chapel Randolph County Alabama.

Edna born 1886,died 1974 married Henry Daniel buried Union Hill Randolph County.

Shelly Mark born 7/15/1888,died 1/6/1966 married 1.Alma Downey married 2.Iva 
Doster buried Union Hill Randolph County.

Ida born 11/11/1890,died 10/17/1930 married Joe Gray buried Union Hill Randolph 
County.

Charles born 8/31/1893,died 5/10/1971 married Fannie Mize buried Union Hill
