HENDON DROPPED DEAD TODAY Mr. William D. Hendon, one of the best citizens of the county was in town this morning in his usual good health. Immediately after returning to his home near Center Point, he died suddenly. His son, Thomas M. Hendon, was also in town this morning and left on a campaign tour before news of his father's death reached him. The untimely demise of this popular citizen will be a shock to his many friends.
