B. TIPPER, who holds a responsible position with A. B. & A. [Atlanta, Birmingham & Atlantic] railroad in Birmingham. The bride is a sister of Mrs. J. T. TALLEY and Mr. R. L. ALLEN, this city. Rev. J. W. RUCKER was the officiating minister. After the marriage at 10 o’clock, Mr. and Mrs. TIPPER came to Roanoke and boarded the train for Birmingham.
