Mrs. J. C. WRIGHT was the clever hostess. The lawn and veranda [sic] afforded a delightful and enchanting scene for such an occasion, every moment of which was filled with pleasure. “The Horn of Plenty” poured forth an abundance of dainty tokens of the esteem in which the popular bride-elect was held, while the good wishes of her friends were also conveyed in written form in a collection of cards, to be drawn and read each day. During the afternoon punch and salad were served. ---------------------------- WEDDING OF INTEREST WILL OCCUR TODAY ---------------------------- A marriage which is interesting the many friends of the popular contracting parties will be celebrated at 2 o’clock this afternoon, when Mr. Augustus C.
