Mr. W. D. WILKES was the groom and the bride was Miss Maude FARGASON, a most estimable young lady. Mr. Wilkes is night superintendent of the weaving department of the Handley Manufacturing Company, and has the confidence and good will of the officials of the company and of all who know him. The couple proceeded to Fairfax to spend a few days before returning to Roanoke.
