Hill do hereby make this my last will bequesth and by these presents and with my own free will and accord make this my last will and testament to my beloved nephrew T. E. Hill the following described mal (sic) estate towit : The NE 1/4 of the SE /4 (sic) Sec 11, Tps. 19, R. 10 in Randolph Co., area and also the following described personal property, towit : all my stock consistiniy (sic) of cow & calors & also all my household goods and kitchen furniture, all of which I now own or may hereafter won, during my life to the said T. Off. J.P. The above instrument filed for record Oct 16, 1906 ---------- Francis C. Hill was born about 1835, the daughter of Ambrose and Elizabeth Hill. She is enumerated in the household of her parents in the 1850 Carroll County, Georgia, Federal Census. T. E. Hill (Thomas Ellen Sherman Hill) was a nephew, the son of Francis's brother, Elsberry Ambrose Hill.
