The State of Alabama
To any Sheriff of the State of Alabama

You are hereby commanded without delay to summon Wilson B. Averett, 
Administrator on the estate of Elizabeth Averett, deceased,

personally to be a appear before the Honorable the Judge of the Court of 
Probate for Russell County, at the Cour-rrom thereof, on the 2nd Monday of 
March and then and there to make settlement of said estate.

and have you then and there this Writ, with your endorsement thereon,

WITNESS, John A. Lewis, Judge of Probate, at Office, this 26th day of January 
A. D., 1856.
