Written: May 31, 1856

The State of Alabama, Russell County, personally appeared before me, John A. 
Lewis, judge of the probate court of Russell County, Wilson B. Averett, Adm. of 
Elizabeth Averett, who being duly sworn says the foregoing account as it stands 
stated is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief, the heirs to 
said estate are as follows, Mary Ragsdale, feme covert and wife of William M. 
Ragsdale reside in Russell Co., Ala, John Averett of full age and resides in 
Tallapoosa County, Ala Sarah Thompson a feme covert and wife of J. S. Thompson 
and resides in the state of Louisiana, Amanda A. Averett of full age, and 
Caroline Averett, Sidney Averett and Mary Averett, minors last four children 
are the children of Harris Averett and inherit in place of their father who is 
dead.  They all reside in Putnam County, Georgia, Amanda D. Thomason, a feme 
covert wife of M. F. Thomason, they reside in Louisiana, Delilah D. Thompson a  
feme covert and wife of M. S. Thompson, they reside in Russell County.  Early 
Averett of full age resides in Barbour Co., Ala, Elizabeth Browning a feme 
covert wife of Simpson Browning reside in Macon Co., Ala, Martha Browning a 
feme covert wife of Wm. Browning reside in the state of Georgia.  

W. B. Averett of full age resides in Russell Co., Ala.

Sworn to before me this 31st day of May,1856.
