PERRY, administration of JOHNATHAN WHITE and file their account and vouchers for a final settlement of the estate which is audited, stated and reported for allowance by the Court – Whereupon also came ELIZABETH WHITE, Widow of intestate, the children of Caroline, deceased, wife of William S. Sharpe, named Elizabeth, Emily, Caroline, & William (Note: this family was in Macon Co in 1850). Also came Isaac Ardis, in right of his wife, Elizabeth, Archibald Ardis, in right of his wife, Joanna, Robert H. Haynes, in right of his wife Martha, Thomas V. White, and Blumer White, being and constituting together with the Administration all the heirs and distributes of the said Intestate, and in open Court the said parties consent and agree that the said accounts and vouchers as stated by the Court be allowed without further notice, and that the final settlement of said Estate be now concluded. And it appearing to the Court that there is in the hands of the Administrators the sum of thirteen hundred and twenty four 95/100 dollars subject to distribution. Wherefore it is considered and decreed by the Court that the Admr John W. Perry as a distributee retain the sum of $132.49. That John Sharpe retain as a distributee the sum of $132.49. That the Administrators pay to Elizabeth White, widow of intestate, $264.99. That they pay to Isaac Ardis, in right of his wife - $132.49 That they pay to Archibald Ardis, in right of his wife - $132.49 That they pay to Robert H. Haynes, in right of his wife- $132.49 That they pay to Thomas V. White - $132.49 That they pay to Blumer White - $132.49 That they pay to William S. Sharpe, as guardian of Elizabeth Sharpe $33.12 Emily Sharpe $33.12 Caroline Sharpe $33.12 William Sharpe $33.12 And that execution may issue severally in favor of each of the parties entitled by this decree against the said administrators and that said administration be henceforth finally discharged from further administration of said Estate, retaining however all power which may be necessary for the collection of all outstanding claims in favor of said estate.
