             ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE!

The undersigned was on the 20th day of July, 1875 appointed by the 
Probate Judge of Russell county, administrator, upon the estate of
Henry Murry (colored) late of said county, deceased, and Letters of
administration have been duly issued.
Notice is hereby given that all persons having claims
against said decedent to present the same within eighteen
months from - the grant of said Letters or the same will be
barred.

A. D. 1875, by Hon Simeon O'Neal, Judge of the Probate Court of
Russell County, Alabama, notice is hereby given that all persons
having claims against said estate, will be required to prevent the
same within the time allowed by law, or that the same will be barred.

In the cause it is made to appear to the Register by affidavit of 
James M. Russell, the agent and attorney of the complainants, that
the defendants William Redd, N. L. Redd, Soulie A. Redd, James
K Isbell, James R. Johnson, Calvin E. Johnson, Julian T. Johnson
and Antoine P. Johnson are non-residents of this State and that the
place of residence of each of them is in the county of Muscogee,in
the state of Georgia; and that in the belief of said affidavit the 
defendants of William Redd, N. L. Redd and Soulie A. Redd are each
over twenty-one years of age; and that James K. Isbell, James R.
Johnson and Calvin E. Johnson are each under twenty-one and over 
fourteen years of age; and that Julian T. Johnson and Antoine
P. Johnson are each under fourteen years of age.  It is therefore
ordered that publication be made in the Russell Register, a news-
paper published in the town of Seale, for four consecutive weeks,
requiring them the said William Redd, N.L. Redd, Soulie A. Redd,
James K. Isbell, James R. Johnson, Calvin E. Johnson, Julian T
Johnson and Antoine P. Johnson, to answer or demur to the Bill of
Complaint in this cause by the first day of October, 1875, or in
thirty days thereafter a decree Pro Confesso may be taken against
them.  
Done at the office this 6th day of August, A.D. 1875
