T. Dudley H. T. Dudley died at the residence of his son, L. D. Dudley on the Crawford Road, Tuesday night at 11:35 following an illness of several weeks. Mr. Dudley had lived in this community most of his life. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Besides his wife, he is survived by seven sons; Jack Dudley, of Charlotte, NC; Lester, of New York, Chester of Moultrie, Ga..; Home of Tulsa, Okla.; Lewis Dudey,of Columbus,; H.T Dudley Jr,, of Sylacauga, Ala., and D. D. Dudley, of Phenix City:Four brothers, C.W. Dudley, of Girard,; J.W. Dudley of Phenix City; R. M. Dudley, of Crawford and M. C. Dudley, of Birmingham, Ala., one sister, Mrs. J. B. Brooks, of Macon, Ga,; one half-sister, Miss N. H. Dudley, of Atlanta, Georgia. Funeral services will be annouced later pending the arrival of out of town relatives. The following gentlemen have been requested as pallbearers: Active: J. F. Simms, J. E. Putnam, L. J Smith. C. M. Knowles, J. E. Ray and G. C. Clegg: Honorary: Frank Gullatt, R. V. T Dudley Funeral services for H. T. Dudley, 58 who died at the residence of his son. D. D. Dudley, on the Crawford Road, Girard, Tuesday night, will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church Friday morning at 11 o'clock. Rev. W. J. Ray, pastor of the Central Baptist will officiate, and internment will be the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Active, J. F. Simms, J. E. Putnam, L. J. Smith, C. M. Knowles, J. E. Rayand G. C. Clegg: Honory, Frank Gullatt, R. V. Evans, Richard Shehand, G. W. Fuller, Tommie Jarrell, T. E. Lane, B. L. Cole and C. W. Fields.
