I Henry P. Harris of the State & County above written being of sound mind and memory do make and order this my last will and testament revoking all other will that I have made of a previous date. 1st I will after my death my Body to be intered discretly and [illegible] my soule in the hands of Almighty God who giveth it. 2d I will that all my just debts to be paid out of any of my effects that I may have at my death. 3d I will that the whole of my effects that may remain of my effects or Estate both real & personal after paying my debts to my beloved mother during her natural life to have all the benefits arising from such estate after her death 4thly that the estate be equally divided between her children together with James Harris Jr. [?] son of my brother Wiley and William Harris Jr. son of my brother William. 5thly I will that my Brother William W. Harris and J. D. W. Jelks be and act as my executors and do hereby appoint and ordain them as such.
