Moorer and Mrs. Caroline Collins and this shall be your sufficient authority for so doing. Given under my Hand and Seal, this 17th day of January, 1867, and of American independence the 91st Year. James ?, Judge of Probate Executed 23 day of January, 1867 The State of Alabama, Lowndes County. Know all men by these presents: That we, Perry R. Moorer and Jno. S. Till are held and firmly bound unto the State of Alabama, in the penal sum of Two Hundred Dollars, for the payment of which well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, and each and every of our heirs, executors, or administrators, jointly and severally, firmly, by these presents. Sealed with our Seals, and dated the 17th day of January A.D. Eighteen Hundred and Sixty-Seven. The condition of the above obligation is such, that if there be no lawful cause why. Perry R.
