Gilbert Note#1 Mrs Jane Roberts is the mother of Jennie Acton , wife of John Acton, Sr. It is believed that Jennie was born on board ship while her mother was coming to America. Janes grave may be the oldest marked grave in the county. Note # 2 I.N. (Isaac) and N.E. (Nancy Elizabeth) along with an adult son (Samuel A. ) Gilbert are buried at Allan Cemetery. This is all of the graves that could be identified. There are certainly many more. The cemetery is surrounded by a fence that is broken down in several places.
