The Weekly Constitution, Atlanta, Ga. September 23, 1890
Birmingham, Ala., September 17 -- Will May, alias Will Hopson, colored, was 
arrested here today for the murder of E. W. Hargis, white, at Kingston, Ga., in 
August, 1889.  The prisoner confessed the crime, and will return without a 
requisition.
