RUFUS W. COBB, GOVERNOR OF ALABAMA

	Rufus W. Cobb was elected Governor of Alabama, as a Democrat, August 13, 1880, 
	by a vote of 134,911 against 42,343 for the Greenback candidate.  His term of 
	office becan November 29, 1880, and will expire November 29, 1882.
