This cemetery is in poor condition. It has no clear marker, 
fence, or landmark to help you find it. DIrections to this 
cemetery from Gadsden, Alabama: Travel 77South. Cross into 
Talladega County. Turn Right onto Brooks Lake Road/ 
Talladega County Road 453. Travel a few miles. The cemetery 
is barely visible on the left side of the road in the woods.

There are approximately 50 graves in this location. Most of 
the markers are too badly destroyed to read. Some only 
contain names, but no dates.

The nearest cemetery is Hall Cemetery across from Refuge 
Baptist Church. That is considered the "new" cemetery and 
Refuge is the "old." Many family units have members in both 
locations.
