The State of Alabama, Talladega County, Probate Court Special Term 2/20/1857
re: estate of Samuel Worthington dec'd.
It is ordered by the court that the report and sale bill of the land belonging 
to the estate of Samuel Worthington, dec'd., sold on the 2nd day of February 
inst., and returned unto the court by T.R. Burns, adm. of said deceased 
estate, be received and recorded in Register of Wills and Inventories, Book A.

Additional Comments:
This entry was found in the Marriage Book p 20 in the county probate office.

Samuel Worthington died before 1850, as he is not on the Census in 1850, but 
was on the 1840 Census in the county.  His wife, Terrissa, nee Gorman, was 
shown as head of household in 1850 Census, living in Talladega Co.  She was 
born 5/15/1816 and died 10/19/1868 and is buried in Patton's Chapel Cemetery, 
in the county.
