G. HOWELL of the same county and state of this second part______ Whereas the said party of the frist part _____for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Ten Dollars to him in hand paid, the Reciept whereof is ______ ____________? before the sealing and del____? these presents, and to _______? the payment of one hundred and ten dollars, which the party of the frist part has this day made and excuted, to the party of the second part thus promisary notes for the sum of thirty six &66 2/3 /100 dollars each accounting to one hundred and ten dollars and due on the 25 day of December next , hath this day bargaining and sold , and by these present to the _____? grant, bargain sell ______? _______?convey to the said P.G. HOWELL and his heirs Executors ___________ ________________________??forever all that certain tract of land des______?and known as the _____? half of the fourth west quarter of section three in township twenty one and range eight also the ( this area was left blank) of section __________(blank) in the same township and range. To have and to hold the above described and ______? granted promiss to the said P.G.
