Alabama, U.S., County Marriage Records, 1805-1967 
The State of Alabama, Talladega County: 

To any of the Judges of said state, and Justice of the said county, or any other  
person legally authorized.

These are to authorized you,or either of you,to solemnize the rites of matrimony
between William D. Funderburg and Melinda Moore of said county,  agreeably to state
in such cases made and provided.
Given at the office of the clerk of the county court of said county this 16th day of
July 1838.
