To Suffy (Sophia 1784-1852), my second daughter, I give thirty-seven acres of land more or less lying in the south corner of said tract of land. Unto Austin I give one hundred (and forty-seven marked out) acres of land lying on the south side of the above named spring branch. Unto Elijah I give forty-seven acres adjoining the hundred acres last mentioned which shall be his when he pays the demands Austin has against him. Unto Ephraim I give all the land lying on the south side of said spring branch which is not enclosed in the tract last mentioned between the branch and my outside line eastward it lieth. All the property that I give unto my wife Peggy shall belong to her during her life or widowhood then that property to be sold according to law and equally be distributed amongst all of my children to be heirs. And I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disannul? all and even other former testaments will legacies ratifying and confirming this and not other to my last will and testament. I witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal this twenty-first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six.
