The Liberty Methodist Church Cemetery is located on the 
old Dadeville Road, near Manoy Creek, Tallapoosa County, 
Alabama. Many of the beautiful markers have been broken by 
vandals, and the fieldstones used as markers have been 
scattered. There are approximately seventy-five or more 
unmarked graves. It is almost impossible to get an 
accurate account. The road leading to the cemetery is in 
poor condition and is difficult to travel. During the 
1990s Robert Earl Wilson, Alexander City, Alabama, had an 
entrance gate and sign erected.
