JOEL MATHIS ET AL; ESTATE OF SUSANNAH BEESINGER 1869

The State of Alabama
Tallapoosa County
Know all men by these Presents, That we Joel Mathis, Franklin R. Powers, 
Richmond Fields and Silas Farrow are held and firmly bound unto Allen D. 
Sturdivant, Judge of the Court of Probate for said County, and his successors 
in office, in the penal sum of One thousand Six hundred Dollars; for which 
payment, well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves, our Heirs, 
Executors, and Administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated this 6th day of September 1869.
The Condition of the Above Obligation is Such, That whereas the above bound 
Joel Mathis has been appointed Administrator of the Estate of Susannah 
Beesinger [sic] deceased:  Now, if the said Joel Mathis shall well and truly 
perform all the duties which are or may be by law required of him as such 
Administrator, then the above obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in 
full force.
